Nicole 9th February 2020

Dear Michael, The first time we met, I came to London with my grandmother Noëlla in the early eighties. For several years I’ve spent a few weeks of my summer holidays with you, Jean, Sarah and Rachel in Kingsbury. I loved being with you as we always had a good time together, visiting musea, going to musicals and theater and musicals, shopping. Above all I enjoyed being part of your warm family. Growing up we didn’t see each other so often anymore but when you came to Belgium for an anniversary or a visit we guided you around in Belgium together with Rachel or Sarah. We share a lot of beautiful memories together, my grandparents 50th anniversary, my wedding, Sarah’s wedding in London. In 2016 I was glad to come and visit you once more with my mother Nicole and my children Henri and Elodie. The last time you came to Belgium in 2000, you held Henri in your arms, he was 9 months old and in 2016 you could have a conversation with him in English. We all enjoyed our day together at Sarah’s house with the whole family. It was a happy and emotional reunion and it was the last time that we saw each other. Thank you for all the beautiful moments that we've shared. I won’t forget you and will always think about you with warm feelings. Love Nathalie, Henri and Elodie xxx
